66% of last month's Volt sales were 2016 models.

When does the '16 Volt go nationwide? Isn't it a targeted release right now?

Ive asked before, but does GM have any plans to get with the times on Commercial vans? A solid chunk of my customers are ditching their GM vans for Ford Transit, Nissan and Dodge vans because of the different configurations you can get. If I needed a work van, GM wouldn't even be an option for me. Just seems like a big market they are missing out on

Is a halo car based on the forthcoming mid-engine Corvette in the cards for Cadillac?
It has to be one of the options that we consider. In the future there are going to be some architectures inside the corporation that will remain purely Cadillac, but then there are others where it just isn’t economically feasible to enter segments by trying to do a unique Cadillac. Then you look at what’s available in terms of corporate assets. And I’m sure you’d agree that a new, very advanced Corvette platform wouldn’t be a bad place to start. On the other hand, if we think about what could be a true halo car for Cadillac besides that, you could go in a completely different direction. Considering particularly our heritage, I could also imagine a very luxurious, very indulgent, very sophisticated four-door convertible being a good play that draws on our heritage.

Did de Nysschen just accidentally confirm the mid-engined Corvette...?

Seems like he did but didn't if that makes sense. Are there any other spy shots of miles running around? I remember seeing a mash-up of a G8 and something else with the engine in the middle.

Exact opposite here. I only like the offerings from chevy and I've had many different types of work trucks. The Express 3500 cutway with the Spartan Supreme service body is the best offering of any work truck out there. If they ever do away with that combo, my techs and I will be very unhappy campers.

A good accountant will say 1+1 is whatever you want it to be.

Interesting. Seems like my customers are loving the Ford and Nissan offerings mostly because of the tall roof options. As they can then work in their van while standing up.

Not only that, but it sure is a hell of alot easier helping them load the vans when you can climb in without having to duck

GM has trademarked "Chevrolet Blazer."

Before you all run to your dealerships demanding to purchase a RWD SUV, keep in mind Equinox is downsizing to D2XX, opening up a hole in Chevrolet's crossover lineup for a midsize.

So...

Since GM is downsizing the Equinox, I assume the Blazer will slot between the sizes of both the current Equinox and the Traverse? The Traverse is considered a midsize SUV true? What size class will the Blazer be?
