Wow, first day in quite a while that I can actually stay home and get some work done around here. After this morning's dentist appointment, gonna tackle the leaking pinion seal in the Dakota.

I know, boring compared to activities at Camaro Fest. Someone has to post stuff here.

Yeah, you're right............Jan will probably get really busy at the Fest! We're planning a mountain cruise in NE Georgia the 17th of August. We have 32 cars signed up so far Gonna be crazy. Doing a produce stand visit, cruise up to the mountains, lunch, more cruising in the mountains with a visit to Bridal Veil Falls, more cruising, winery and back down south a bit for dinner, then a drive-in movie!

What? Changing a pinion seal isn't fun?

That does sound like fun though.

Companion flange is grooved, so I ordered a new one from the dealer along with the seal. It's been a good truck, so it deserves the good stuff.

I'd really love to be able to work on my car...........I can do simple things with lots of instruction

Hello from permagrin central. Got my suspension upgrades yesterday. Only got to drive it a little so far but it felt good. Up now having a cup of coffee & getting ready to head out to auto cross & dragrace. Woooo hoooo!!!!! Going to be a fun day!

Hello everyone! Just popping in to say hi and let you know I'm still alive..... Still trying to work out replacement of my computer with my homeowner's insurance - they are so slow!! It's been a really rough week, so I'm really glad it's Friday. I did have a couple of bright spots yesterday, though... I found out that the insurance auditor that's coming to my pharmacy next week is a pharmacist as well, so he's going to "get it" - could possibly save my company 100 grand!!! And, the COO called me yesterday. He's putting together a group of pharmacy managers to brainstorm, think outside the box, and re-evaluate all of our processes. He is only picking one pharmacist from each region, and in my region, that would be ME! I feel so special! So, I'll be meeting with that group in Cincinnati every couple of months - maybe I can find time to hook up with some local Camaro peeps???
I hope everyone has a GREAT weekend - wish I was at the fest....
