sometimes gums can recede from clenching. how often do you get them cleaned

I have been trying to get them cleaned for the last 2 months so I can get my invisaline!!! And they are packed full!

No the dentist place. I just want my teeth fixed before me and Skips wedding and they haven't been able to get me in for a cleaning and now they are cutting it close. If I have to wear those things for a year and it takes 5 weeks to order them then they need to hurry the hee-zeeellll up.
