Right, and Joe Montana and Tom Brady were drafted about where Tebow will be as a QB. But if you play the odds, you'll be better off.

BTW, in my opinion, Leaf was the biggest bust in the history of Pro sports.

DREW BREES!!! 6 Touchdowns, even though it was against the Lions.
Watch out for the Saints! With some defensive improvements this year they could be a team to watch!

Tebow will be a 2nd rounder imo, hopefully for the fins.

Leaf very well might have been the biggest bust, but if your talking about Cash value bust players like Russel have to be considered, not only did he not amount to anything but he's pulling in 20+ million guaranteed, and the only thing hes guaranteeing them is his sucking.

If this were the NCAA thread, that point would be valid. But we're talking about the NFL.

I'll tell you MYSELF Tebow is one of the, and certainly may be THE, best college players ever. But that does NOT translate to the NFL.

Go through the NFL lall of fame and see how many players were just plain good and not GREAT players in college.

True, but I was responding to a comment about him being over rated because of his supporting cast, not his NFL ability

Oh yea right, You realize that hes about to break (by significant numbers) Hershel Walkers Career TD record?

Take a look at this article which documents the list of his accomplishments and records including, completion %, Lowest Int. % all time for SEC QB's..

(Tebow > Peyton Manning for instance.... )

http://blogs.palmbeachpost.com/gator...-record-watch/

And these aren't bloated "I play in a conference which doesn't play D" numbers, these are against the best SEC defenses numbers
and just like Herschel his college career will be better than his pro career

Probably, can you imagine what he'd have to do to be the best college AND NFL player of all time?!?
