Ruby & every one else out there have a good TGIF & a safe weekend. Son & I are headed out 2 GM National in Carlisle,Pa. today. Going 2 be a great time running the Interstate w/the Upstate C 5 club. and not 2 forget the members coming down from Canada. Later tonight at motel A few beers & my favorites Jack Daniels & Tequelia shots.

Well, I chickened out on driving Ruby. Thunderheads were already buliding before I left home. I will watch the radar & if it will be nice this afternoon/evening & will go home, get Ruby & still go to the cruise-in. Right now here is a batch of pretty heavy rain just hanging out right in the area where the cruise-in is. We shall see.

Sorry to hear that Diane. Hope she will be on the mend quickly. I made it to the cruise-in & it was pretty nice. I am in process of making a thread about it. I'll come back & post a pic of 2 here & the link when I finish.

Good morning gang. I slept in this morning and in a way it felt good but now I am paying the price. I always get a headache and back ache when I sleep late and it does not really matter what time I go to bed. Today I will get a good work out. We plan to wash & way my huge truck. Mike's Yukon is rough to wash/wax, but this truck is about 2 1/2 feet longer & taller too. I will be glad to have it done and I actually enjoy doing it but I will be TOTALLY spent when I am done. The Camaro wears me out so I know the truck will be worse. It is also going to be very hot & humid. But at least we are doing it together. I also need to put some fertilizer on my flower bed. I will be burning more calories than I consume today for sure! I hope everyone has an enjoyable Saturday.

Finished my yard work before it became blazing hot. Going to be 106* today. Had the garage open when something caught my eye. The front of the Camaro didn't look right.

After looking over the front bumper cover and the mirrors, it appears I was driving behind some vehicle that was leaking gear oil. The hood only had 3 or 4 spots as did the windshield, suppose that is why I didn't notice it until today.

Didn't want to wash it in the sun, so I used some Waterless Wash, then followed with Detail Spray. I'm relieved the paint cleaned up just fine.

Doesn't pay to drive behind other people.

Might cruise on over to our 67th Ave Cruise Night later.

I am tired, but it feels good. Daddy's Girl got a good bath, cleaner wax & Glaze & Sealer (Mother's). My brother-in-law gave us the Mother's 3 step kit for Christmas for us to use on our Camaros. We didn't Want to use it on our Camaros so we decided to use it on Daddy's Girl. I now know how it got the name Mother's..............That Glaze & sealer is a Mother to take off!. But is does look good when it is finally off. Tomorrow we do the Carnuba wax. Then both Camaro need to be de-bugged. and maybe a whore bath for the Crossfire & Cruze. Now to post some pics from today.
