Awesome. I know what you mean, nice to have enough stuff to not change bars and weights.

What does your arm day consist of for a workout. Curious as I am ready to start moving forward to individual days now that I am thru a few weeks of all body workouts to get myself ready for some intense weight lifting with my son.

You can say that again! Maybe I should take weekly pictures can compare them week to week haha since supposedly someone my size loses about 3lbs per week!

For me legs is on Friday or Saturday...

The goal I set in December was to lose 120 lbs. At the time I weighed almost 400 lb., 394 lbs. to be exact. I had to go see a cadiologist because I was having chest pains caused by my weight. My heart was having to work harder because of my weight. I was living in fear of having a heart attack, thats when I decided it was time for a change. So I got off my ass started eating right and so far Im down almost 40 lbs. Ive got a long way to go, but Im determined to do it.

My BMR is 2947
MY TDEE is 3766

My calorie intake is 2400/day

My workout schedule looks like this

Monday - Cardio/Chest/Tris/Cardio
Tuesday - Cardio/Legs/Cardio
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Cardio/Back/Bi's/Cardio
Friday - Cardio/Abs/Shoulders/Cardio

I switch it up every month, but thats what a normal weeks workout would consist of. This week is a little different since I tweaked my back at work, so Im taking a easy for a few days.

Cardio is usually walk/run on the treadmill, the stationary bike, elliptical, or the dreaded stair climber. I have a love/hate relationship with the stair climber. LOL!!

Ill get some different pics tonight after the gym, but this is the only one I have right now.

still having back troubles, but I am working around it. The physical therapists I am seeing are trying to get it all worked out. Still making excellent gains! Just ready to be able to get under the squat rack again.

I'm trying man. This back stuff sucks but I think they figured out the cause yesterday. So now the goal is to get me stretched out and hopefully it will fix everything. But liked said I'm working around it and still making excellent gains.
