well I sorta had 2 first cars
car 1: when I was 14 my dad got me a 77 or 78 Chevrolet Monza notchback coupe with the 2.5 four with a carb and auto tranny. but the car needed a lot of work and was still not road worthy so he got rid of it to get car 2. car 2: aka first real car, my '80 Chevrolet Malibu Classic coupe, 305 V8 with a Holley 4 barrel carb and a Edelbrock intake manifold (done before I got it). Had AC (did not work), AM/FM 8 track (in a 1980 car  ).

The first car I owned was a 1974 Chevy Impala Spirit of America special edition. Other than some pin stripping and a few decals, there really wasn't anything special about it. Bought it in 1983 for $1,200 cash.
Note - This is a picture I found with Google, not my car. It's exactly like what I had including what looks like some rusting under the vinyl top.

My first car was a 1984 Oldsmobile Omega SX. I never did take any pics of it seeing as it was a huge steaming pile. But it did manage to get me to HS and a part time job for a year or so before I got rid of it for something better.
