Dude! You really pulled a bigun' from your bag of tricks (the doctor's black satchel).

Okay, I can chip away at it a little bit. "ectomy" means to cut out, or cut off, I think.

"endo" means on the inside, again, I think.

"arter" means blood lines/tubing, on again, I think.

Cleaning clogged arteries? Do I get the cigar?

I would say that its close enough, technically: it is a procedure to clean out/or remove the built up plaque within an artery.

Shoot, bombed again. "Sorghum" is a sweet syrup folks use on their grits and pancakes and such in the southern states. It's a sweeter replacement for molasses.

Okay, this time it don't require any regional knowledge of the South.
Here, I try again:

"Mare"

A bodily fluid, usually clear, not to be confounded with aqueous fluid inside the eyeball.

My mom used to make Ambrosia - jello salad with fruit and whippin' cream. Ambrosia was also the food of the gods.
If I'm right my word is skookum

For "ambrosia", I was thinkin' along the lines of food for the Olympian gods, yet your chosen answer is more than satisfactory. Now, as to your word selection,,,it appears to be regional (from the US South) and non-standard English. This is perfectly within the rules, though, I'd say it is outside of my initial scope of vocabulary (not on account of bein' Southern). In other words, you've got me stumped. I gonna' hafta' think on this'un for awhile.

For a hint: does it have to do with hunting?

It must mean a beverage with a jolt, yeah? It qualifies enough to allow me to make the next posting, okay?

Oh, oh. I did it again. I picked an esoterically odd word. Well, for what it's worth, it means a cephalopod like an octopus, or a squid, that has amazing chameleon like qualities. It can seemingly "hypnotize" its prey with its repertoire of colour and light shiftings. Oh, shut up, Ivas!

Maybe we'll do better with: "Twilight"
