I would have bought a 2008 Shelby GT500 about a year and a half ago when the economy was really really bad. You could get one new for $39,995.

I was going to get a "new" Camaro either way. Plans were, if GM decided against a new Camaro, was to buy one of those Dynacorn Convertible 69 bodies, and build my own from the ground up. Already got a 502 sitting around with nothing to do...would have been a bad azz project, that's for sure.

Nothing. I wasn't looking for another car. I drive a big rig during the week and could always spot a camaro a mile down the road. I just needed to get one for myself.

Nothing.....I really had no need to purchase anything, but in 30 years in the car business I've never been so crazy about a car to buy it. Not only the first SW 2SS/RS but then a got to have it Pace Car. Love them both.
