Also I guess it makes sense to be per 100 vehicles.
124 problems per 100 vehicles doesn't mean 124% of them have problems. Just that each car has 1.24 deficiencies per vehicle on average, but I'm sure that could include minor problems like some plastic molding that wasn't set properly. |
