If the frame/chassis checks out with no issues for $14000 I'd snap that up with the quickness

Yeah, on second thought I'm with Halffast. But I would just fix it up a little more, clean it up real nice, and flip it

yeah i would say 75ish+ go ahead and mod the hell out of them! Anything older (and in good condition) I would keep original!
