I worked as a person injury paralegal for 15 years. I've seen some hellacious crashes in my time and very, very graphic crash photos (burned corpses, decapitated heads, flattened heads, etc.). For them to say that they didn't know if the driver was a man or woman, means the body is unidentifiable due to the injuries. Very gruesome. I would hate to be the person getting this lawsuit (and there will be one).

What? A lawsuit doesn't make sense, but then again most of them don't nowadays.

So the news says that all 4 of them were INSIDE the corvette (at one time).

I don't know if it makes me more sad or angry... why such blatant carelessness? Who knows what influenced this horrible, tragic, irresponsible decision... but it is definately a lesson for those of us still breathing.

Take Care!

4 people stuffed in that:

I think it was 3 people in or around the corvette, and that one was somehow outside of it(?) or something. So it was probably the driver and two passengers and one pedestrian

"Earlier, authorities thought one of the victims may have been a pedestrian, but they now believe that all four victims were inside the two-seater. "

Hard to believe 4 people were stuffed in a 'vette and are gone in an instant.
Very sad indeed.
When I first heard the report, the car was identified as a Camaro.
When I Googled for info, the 'vette reference came up. I was having a hard
time believing that 4 people were in the 'vette and thought for sure there were
pedestrians involved.
Very tragic and probably avoidable.
