No apologies necessary from anyone...not you either, Blur.
We have one main focus here...the Camaro. That is what the site is about. That is what we should be focusing on. And, when we start talking politics in certain places on the boards, it creates tension between members...tension which would not have been there unless for the political forum itself. Then, it spills over to other threads....and gets in sigs, and causes more problems...and work... People wanted to leave because of this. No one in particular is responsible for the removal of the politics thread. Like Dragoneye said, most people were good in it. But, let's focus on the Camaro and move on! .......I think you all will find it much nicer now that we don't have to see and read about politics which brings out such strong emotion in most of us. |

if you dont like it then go away. there's free speech, then there's slander, bickering, and all that bs that is involved with politics/religion. which is why the sub-forum was removed. this site is for the Gen 5 Camaro. having the political/religious sub-forum was a PRIVELEGE that we were alloted and it started getting out of hand. and to calm the storm that was brewing within that sub-forum it was closed. it is the RIGHT of the owners/admins/mods of this site to start/stop such a subforum. and if you feel that infringes upon your 1st amendment rights... then leave. as ive said before, we are (should be) here for the camaro, anything else can stay in the trunk with shunt.
