Yep. This place (Lunchbox Laboratory) here in Seattle is definately not healthy. The shakes are amazing too (They make a Chocolate Covered Cherry Shake that is awesome.

The burger patties are high quality ground beef, or Churken (Turkey/Chicken), Dork (Duck & Pork) and some others as well. One of the more original ones was a burger they called Turkey Dinner, which was Churken stuffed with stuffing, and a cranberry sauce.

Also, they have a Mac n' Cheese de jour that is pretty damn tasty as well. The types of cheese change. I think the one below was a pepperjack mac n' cheese. They also do Beany Weenies and other side dishes that are tasty!

Ok, I am making it a point to add that place on my bucket list. It sounds delicious!

My guess is that to make up for the lack of flavor of the plain chicken that is not fried, they add more salt...

I wish I knew about that place when I traveled to Seattle regularly... At least I found all the Tom Douglas restaurants. That was some good food...

I agree. I think my lunch is wearing off. Suddenly salsa on scoopings from a litter box looks so yummy.

I'm sure you noticed it was salsa on BACON. Lots of BACON. I think it had pepperjack for the cheese too.

Seriously, this place is awesome. They have a daily special menu, where you can pick from one of his creations. Or, you can build your own based of a plethora of toppings.
