Not surgery. it's basically laser accuputure. Walk in, walk out 20 minutes later 3 days in a row. Done

You only smoke 2 cigs a day, then it really shouldn't be that hard

Just smoke 1 a day for a month or so and in the beginning force yourself not to take another one, eventually only smoking 1 will just become a normal routine

At that point just quit cold turkey

Congrats! I quit smoking for my gf about 4 years ago, I did it cold turkey with no patch or gum.

You'll be sweating like crazy, really mean to people at times. Best thing I did that month was stay away from bars/clubs and coffee shops. Don't go places where people socialize smoking.

Drink lots of water like 3 liters a day, help flush all that crap out of your system.

Good Luck!

You got to be mentally tough. Don't let cigarettes control you. I know, easier said than done, but I did it many years ago. It is difficult, but the rewards are plentiful. Good luck and stay in control.

I smoked for 20 years and I quit 1 year and 2 weeks ago.

Its not just quitting, you literally have to change your lifestyle. Get away from the smokers scene. "hanging in bars, Coffee shops in the morning, etc.." Just put yourself away from the smokers scene for several months.

Chew lot of gum, Stay busy. Defiantly start exercising. I gained 26 pounds after I quit. (Dropped 22 pounds of it back off so far!)

I feel 10,000 times better, and you wont be able to believe how bad cigarette smoking stinks now.

Anyway I wish you the best of luck. Its tough but stick with it you can do it.
