I personally like it. Seems to a lot of people a waste of development money on GM's part but it's available in limited availability and it really doesn't have too much different from it's siblings so it probably didn't cost them much to make. If I were in the market for a wagon I'd definetly choose this one.

I hate wagons, I see no use for them since there are suvs and hatchbacks but if I had to drive a wagon this would for sure be my first pick

Everything great I could say about my CTS-V I'm sure I can say about this CTE-V and a lil more.. since I can lay the seats down flat in this and carry even more massive amounts of "things" if I wished.
Neither these or the upcoming Coupe-V required huge investment dollars as the power-train was already developed and detuned and given less expensive parts than the ZR1. The Vseries amenities are essentially "hand-me-downs" from the STS-V and more precisiely... the XLR-V. Cadillac needed to have these cars... it continues to need to have these cars and I'm glad that I was able to get one instead of having to buy German and be in teh dealership waiting area 350 outta 365 days of the year. Lastly.. and I don;t kno why more people don't recognize this... but the CTE (wagon) is for all intents.. what the ORIGINAL RWD SRX should have been.. just "shorter." The new SRX is even more relevant when the CTE is viewed in this light. |
