First car was a 99 Wrangler.... Which my dad purchased for me a year ago. Yes I know Im still 16, but i am taking the responsibility to purchase a 2010 camaro. Just sold my jeep last week, ordering the Camaro wednesday. Papa isn't helping me buy the Camaro, and I actually prefer it that way.

This is a picture (not mine) of the first car I owned. Technically not my first car I actually drove. My family bought one of these to keep me out of trouble. It was sold after I fixed it up.

Then I got one of these (again, not my pic) to drive and it was pretty cool.

That was one nearly indestructible vehicle until the rust finally took it off the road for good. The leaf springs went right up through the floor after the shackles and floor gave away in the rear but the engine was still running strong. Many good times in that van.

I now feel better, I was beginning to think that everyone on here was buying their 16 Y.O. a new Camaro. Glad there are some people that still have their wits and are getting them something like you are!!! My first car was a 1961 Belair, had a cracked head, heater that blew cold all the time and I had to lay a 2X4 under the back side of the front seat just to keep the seat from falling through the rusted out floor boards, but I fixed the engine by myself (with instruction from an adult) and that car will always be special to me even though most would call it a pile of you know what.

My first car is a 1978 Camaro Type LT....still own it. I've had it since 1999. I'm actually considering selling it to buy a 2011 Camaro SS M6.
