Since he has not worked in the last 6 years, start him out slow, like 20 hours a week. Do not pay him top wages, see how he is going to work and and maybe give him a raise and more hours in the future if he works out.

I hate going through the resume/interview process. I dread hiring new employees.

He's probably only 6 years old, and all of the trips he's been on where taken care of my his parents. If that's the case, you should hire him. By the time he's 20, he'll be able to run the company by himself.

If you want someone that's worked in office environments for about the last ten years, and knows how to literally run a company by himself, you should give me a call. I know the ins and outs of every business that's run in an office environment. I don't come cheap though, at least 50 bucks an hour.

Sounds like the guy is unemployed and not really looking for a job. To collect unemployment after a certain point, you have to be actively looking for work. Glad to see my taxes go to his Ligget Lights.
