My girlfriend does the boiling...she also does the crock pot. It comes wonderful! Spicy too! Last year we tried something different and put 1 brisket in a dutch oven and cooked it in the oven. Came out great!

this year, I marinated a brisket in a spicy broth for 3 days then put it on the grill on a rotisserie. Came wonderful! Party went well last night

Happy Day after!

Nice, I also made the Crock pot corned beef. I usually cook the brisket for a few hours by itself, then throw the potatoes in for the last half hour, then throw the cabbage in for the last five minutes. That way everything still has it's own taste.

Dang that sounds great. Maybe I'll pick up another one and try using the smoker.

lol cuse they didnt want to get pinched.

St Patricks day isnt about drinking or anything like, except for here in the US lol. Its a day celebrating a guy who was kidnapped by the Irish then turned slave, then ranaway & back to his family only to turn towards the church the be shipped back to Ireland as a bishop. who brought Catholicizam to the great island.

the US turned in to a pary lol
