Who has successfully beat a photo radar ticket? - Page 2

In florida an officer has to witness the act. Granted there are red light cams and recorded speeds from a parked vehicle with an unmanned radar. Theses are being fought and won in court under the original statement "no officer witness".

they have a local court show that they show on tv here in RI, I love watching it when they show the camera tickets that are given out.
