iTunes store fradulent charges?!?!

This happen to me about two weeks ago, when I first saw the email charges they were about $600.00 worth, I contacted my CC company and was told that they did not consider this fraud but they would send me a charge disagreement form, they also told to contact the apple store which I did, they said there was nothing they can do and referred me to iTunes. iTunes said they could not back charge the charges that I needed to contact my cc company. By the time I got my cc information pulled from iTunes the charges were over $800.00. I am still waitting on the out come. I will not buy anything alse from iTunes or apple for that fact. Buyer's beware.

Dang, I'm very sorry to hear that woodallap! BofA took care of everything for me. As soon as the charges "posted" to my bank account, I reported them fraudulent and they credited the charges and had me sign a "Statement of Fraud".

Not fraud?!?!? What the hell are they smoking?!?!? If the charges were not made by you, how can they say that it is not fraud? Did they at least take the charges off of your account? I guess every credit card company interprets things differently, but I would keep pushing them that you did not make the charges, and that nobody has access to your accounts and/or passwords.

Leave it to iTunes to once again say that they cannot back charge the charges...that's the same thing they told me. I'll say it again...isn't all-mighty Apple have the ability to check the MAC address or IP address of where the purchases were made from and share that with the fraud department of a credit card company? (getting off soap box).
