Did I miss something about Nissan? ^

I actually enjoy the F&F series. Yeah, it's rice, but it's infinitely many times better than every other car movie. One thing is for sure, I will never want a F&F movie in theaters.

The series has definitely made an effort to improve story lines and broaden the range of cars in the films from imports to classics. This leads me to believe that the series may be improving, unlike most movie series, which have a good start and fail to deliver anything good or relevant in their sequels. Personally, I find the series interesting, so I'd give another one a shot. That being said, I don't credit the films with being realistic in their handling of social issues or rational in their approach to learning about and building fast cars.

Great news. I watch these movies for the cars and the stunts, not for realism. If you take them for what they are, very enjoyable. Not a lot of "car" movies being made and some are awful.

I hate this movie, only because every time it comes out, there's always someone trying to race everyone in theater parking lot.

At least it's not a remake.

It's almost time to remake The Untouchables I am sure........

I F'n love all of them.

They're movies with cars and girls. They aren't going for Oscar nominations, so just take the movies for what they are, and that is entertaining.

Since me and my last car were in 2 Fast 2 Furious, I will always be a fan...LOL it is corny we all know it but its all in fun.

I should check around again..maybe I can get our Camaro in it.

Nothing wrong having Devon in your car...

You can see it in the background in this cap

I also spent time with John Singleton and other celebs offset durning the shooting. It was a fun experience.
This one is for the ladies

That's why you avoid Friday night lol...Friday nights are notorious for immature people and teenies...

On a side note...I went to Best Buy last week and I love checking out what movie they have on their BluRay player...They were showing "F&F: Tokyo Drift"

The race scenes look like crap on BluRay...yeah...the cars look real...but it looks too choppy and amateurish.

This was probably on a 120hz or even 240hz TV. They reduce motion blur and make things clearer... but it takes the cinematic feel of the movie away. Normal movies play at 24-30 frames per second. 120 and 240hz TVs use modern science to fill the the blanks and make it, in essence, 120 frames per second. It's great for video games and sports, but not movies or TV shows.

Watch something like Transformers or Terminator 4. It makes the special effects shots seem 100x more unrealistic.
