For some reason most people in a certain branch of the military hates or thinks there is so much better than the rest.... kind of reminds me of the chevy vs. ford vs. doge guys.

I'm all for some good natured ribbing amongst peers, but I'm not about to call the Air Force stupid. Pampered, yes, but not stupid. There's a reason we call them Chair Force

Thanks brokinarrow, I would say that stupid isn't a word to describe us as. I would alsonormally be offended by the chair force comment as I'm a aircraft maintainer by trade, but now I am what we call a "non-er" Someone in the airforce who doesn't turn a wrench, and works 8 hour days, gets a 1.5 hour lunch break etc. so pampered yes, stupid no....and it feels good being a noner.

It's all in good fun, same with us being called Jarheads, Army is Aint Ready for Marines Yet. Navy are squids. Etc All in good fun like I said, same team guys! :flag2:

You are right, some of them are pretty


But in reality, anyone that gets overly offended at military branches ribbin other branches should not read it then. This is clean. Go to a base where all four branches are, and see them having fun.

Yep. That'd be like us AF guys saying the Marines are out of shape. (I wear my Chair Force badge with pride) I think he's just angry that the Navy has to wear those stay puft marshmallow man uniforms and are referred to as seamen...
