I just got back from the hospital. They ran a whole bunch of x-rays nothing is broken are fractured. I just have shoulder strain and I'm on weight restrictions for the next week.

I'm a pretty strong never broke any bones the last 27 years had a few stiches but growing up with a older brother I'm used to getting beat up all the time

Well I'm finally feeling better! I'm started to feel like a 27 year old again

I took a road trip this weekend with the Camaro so I must be feeling better since I only drive with my left arm the one I slammed. I'm going back to the gym tonight after 3 weeks. I plan on starting gradually but hope to get back in the swing. I have been walking really sloooow lately and hope I can make it thru the rest of the looong winter
