I'd change battery in case but 70/30 I'd guess eps bad.

It did start when the new engine was put in.

I don't know that much about them. It seems they are sensitive to low power/voltage. A Theory is many people had them fail when they moved around the ground point for a CAI and didn't get it done good. It seems like , you know when you run an elec motor low on power it burns out, well seems like that. When people already started to get EPS problems like when driving they said they were failures and not able to be fixed by grounds etc at that point. Because of that I put my ground back right where it was on CAI install even though it was not as easy, and cleaned and tightened it good as well.
As people said low batteries cause weird things on our cars. So I can't rule it out but that's why I guessed 70/30. Even if it is a weak battery maybe the damage is already done? |
