If all you will be doing is regular spirited driving, the stock front brakes are more than enough power.

I don't know man, those factory brakes felt extraordinarily spongy and uninspiring trying to stop quickly at any speeds over 100. The camaro ss and even my lowly LT1 stop incredibly and repeatedly, unlike any c5 with factory brakes, z06 or not.
