I think I’m indifferent; I only notice those small windows when standing next to the car. While driving, they are almost nonexistent.

No. But I wish it was a hatch back.

On convertible cars, the rear windows raise and lower.

The engineering is already done for the smaller side windows to be mobile.

It would have been a nice little detail, if we could have all side windows down like in the first generation camaro.

Just a random thought on a Friday.
I would like this functionality.

On the sunroof thing - Love them. None of my Camaro’s have ever been without either T-tops or a sunroof. I love the look of the reverse mohawk, but simply couldn’t part with my sunroof.

I actually like the look of the convertible with the top up and all side windows down more than the coupe but then again I am bias

Windows are so long, doesn’t seem to matter. I drive with windows down all summer pretty much. No buffeting, plenty of air.

Seems like it would just add weight without doing much.

Usually this type of stuff is reserved for targa top or hard-roof convertible, like Miata RF or 488 Spyder.

That would add more weight and mght compromise chassis rigidity. No thanks for me.

However that being said It would be nice, agreed.

Considering 1969 is the last year a Camaro coupe had any kind of openable rear window, I think it’s safe to say we don’t really need one lol

And the engineering really isn’t already done: the coupe and convertible have completely different internal rear quarter panel structures. It’s not even inside the remote possibility of “at any cost” possible to make the rear windows work..... unless you completely cut apart the rear quarter panel structure with a sawzall. And helloooooo body flex and rattles lol! It’s part of the reason the convertibles have extra bracing under the chassis that the coupes do not have.

Don't see the need. Haven't had one from 2nd gen thru to current. Even some of the different gen Mustang's I've had the back window didn't roll down. It's a non-issue, fwiw.
