He may have been "asked" to drive that car.....who knows.

But that is the same engine in my SKY Redline, and the SOLSTICE GXP. Look at what they have done in SCCA racing!

And my 5.4 second 0-60 in my SKY.....Bone stock, is not much slower than my SS, considering one is 2 liter and the other is 6.2L!

Those GXP's are beasts with just a little tweaking. I like em . My kids won't fit in the trunk.

It's just cause they're "cobalt's" and no matter how much factual knowledge you put behind it and no matter what "proffesional" developed and now owns it will ALWAYS be a peice of S**T

And a little trivia before anybody rips on the Cobalt SS or the HHR SS. The 2.0L Eco-Tec Turbo that these have in them are the highest horsepower per liter engine that GM has ever put in a production car. Even more than the ZR1. 160hp per liter. So stick that in your oven!!
260hp/2L isn't 160 hp/L ...

regardless, they're potent little engines in some of the lightest vehicles GM sells in North America. Pretty efficient too, the power of a V6 with the economy of an I4. It was ecoboost before Ford thought to claim the term.
