It isn't exciting to me. For what its worth, the CTS-V sedan is much more seductive, brutal in its stance, and communicative in design.

If you are a livery or Uber driver then the XTS is ideal for you. As it stands, its pleasant but not desire invoking. My honest op.

But you're comparing a 650 HP high performance luxury sedan to a 304/410 HP touring sedan.

True, but both sedans come from the same maker. Why can't a more sedate sedan have nicer or more interesting detail??? Even the basic CTS sedan is more interesting to the eye than the XTS. Like I said, its my honest reaction.

I have seen $20k-$35k sedans (both domestic and import) that spur more interest from me than this Cadillac. That's not to say that Cadillac is not a good marque (they are excellent). However, as good as they are makes me more critical of their designs, especially when I know that they are capable of doing better.

PS: The V is 640 HP.....same engine as the 650 HP ZL, but just for the sake of being exact......
