however the video OP is talking about is the second video in the playlist... the one that says gt500 in the 7's or something like that.

playlist is on the left.

check it out again
Probably would have been wise of the OP to point this out. The link goes directly to a totally different car.

IF you go to the link, sure its a 9 second run, but let the vid's continue to run and you will see the vids he was refering too, but what in the world makes him think its a street legal car? IN HIS DREAMS MAYBE, just becasue it still has brake lights and head lights does NOT make it STREET LEGAL.

For new cars, Kansas doesn't inspect even for renewals.
Only car I had to have inspected was a used 1989 C-1500 I bought and
even then they were only concerned with matching numbers and
functional lights.

Car could have had 50" wide rear tires, bicycle wheels up front and
a quad-turbo, nitrous and a s/c pushing eleventy-billion pounds
of boost under the hood and it would have still passed the state inspection.

It says right in it "off road style xpipe". I guaran-damn-tee you that there are several items on that vehicle marked 'for off-road use only'.

Not taking away from the vehicle, and he may never get caught. But it's not street legal by their own words, and that's only what they show.
