Don't know how Banshee feels but my freind thinks it's dumb as hell to not be able to get ahold of the other agencies on the official frequencies.

Agreed.

We have the Motorola XTS 5000 with main 16 channels 12 zones and maybe 250 subchannels. Yes, we can talk to MSP, but we have to go through their dispatcher, then redirect to another free or "open" channel. When you have 5 seperate actions to change your prep or mobile radio to that open channel while doing 90 in a chase while dodging traffic, avoiding peds and everything else, I will take my Nextell thank you.

Some of you watch too much CSI Miami.....And come to the conclusion that you "know" what you see about the PoPo (insert PQ PoPo credit here) when in fact 99% of CSI or most any other tv police drama is a farce.

You want an accurate depiction? The Wire (HBO) The Shield is close in a sense..Depicts alot of the darker "true" side to police.

Michigan has a tint law, and mine are limo tint. Just waiting to get the ticket. My friend at a local junkyard has a pair of windows I can swap out for the inspection and then just put the tinted ones back.
