I will never understand why anyone would want a Ford truck when they could have a Chevy. In my opinion the Chevy does everything better. The 5.4 is weaker and harder on gas plus the truck looks like a box. My dad bought a new Silverado last week, it is an awesome truck. One of my best friends got a new Ford King Ranch co truck last week and I just don't get it.

Right now I think dodge has them all beat. I just hope their around long enough to prove it.
The 1500 is very impressive for a light truck and the 2500 and 3500 is on the way. They both look good. Other than the locker, chevy needs to pick up the pace to meet ford and dodge right now. Don't flame me I have more chevys than anything mainly because of the locker and they do hold up. I just think the other two are way ahead right now.

Cause of Ford motor credit, where banks will turn down folks to buy anything else, Ford can step in and get anyone a loan.

Only reason they could say they sold more trucks bla bla bla, they give them away.

That's not true 2ndgenz28, they've been selling well for years-long before any credit crunch. I'm not a Ford fan but I give them credit where due- their trucks appeal to a lot of people.

Ford trucks are best sellers for 33 years straight. They must be doing something right.

Im not talking about any credit crunch stuff; where did you get that from what I said?

Ford motor credit has been selling folks cars n trucks no one else would for years n years. Only way they can claim more truck sales.

So you are saying because Chevy failed their credit they just bought a Ford instead. LMAO

Maybe I misinterpreted what you said- but GM has financing too, I don't think GM grades any harder on whether you get a loan.
