I went to Frost Chevy at Brampton. If you go there ask for Jeremy and his powertrain Tech Ryan. Both great guys.

Well, It was a pure return spring issue. I don't see how they can decline it. But I would take this TSB to a different dealer first see what they say. If no luck then you probably have to return to factory setup then go to Frost Chevy.

Are they just replacing the clutch pedal itself?

If you have any issues there and wanna cruise on down to Kitchener, I know the Service Manger personally here and will get you fixed up for sure.

Hello Sapper12b,

We regret to hear that you have been experiencing concerns with your clutch sticking and can imagine how displeasing this must be over time. If we can be of any assistance or provide an additional layer of assistance when contacting the dealer, we are happy to do so. Please feel free to send us a message.

Going to present the service recall and see where it goes from there. Thank you for the offer and will let you know what my dealership says

It is not a service recall, it is a tsb only. And if you read the tsb it was just releases in May. They were working on a redesign for awhile. Make an appointment and the dealers will fix

Nice....

This has been a big issue for anyone tracking their car.

The SS and 1LE have had this issue....my buddy has a 1LE and I own a ZL1...we've been wondering why he has this issue and I do not.

This helps clear up this issue.

Thx

I still dont understand how the issue is caused by a difference in pedal... is the the spring behind it?

Yeah, couple of beefier return springs and an extra spring in front.
