I've never used P90X, but I've heard nothing but good from it. I'm more of a strength training kind of guy.

If you supplement it with some whey protein, I guarantee that you'll get some nice results. I know for a fact that I can jump higher after doing that plyometrics workout for all of this time.

its the real deal. i'm in my 6th "round" of it right now & have gotten pretty ripped for 41 yrs old. just need an SS to go w/ it!

P90x rocks, it is the real deal. It will kick your butt even if you are in really great shape.

Is there a legal program that doesn't cost much that can get rid of 128 lbs a little quicker than that?
