I don't know if your HS has it but you might be able to take a ROP auto class off campus

I'm going to be a technology teacher myself, and this is exactly why. I want to be that "good teacher". The one that actually makes a difference for kids, instead of boring the crap out of them and hating my life. I'm passionate about everything I'm going to have to teach...to be otherwise means you shouldn't be teaching that subject, period.

EDIT: "no child left behind."....no comment other than; it would have been nice if it actually worked.
