Not true, my brother had a seizure over 20 years ago while driving. He never lost his license. He's been on medication since and no seizure's or incidents since. I'm not sure what this guy's medical condition is, but he would have to have a pretty bad driving record to have his license revoked.
That was 20 years ago, and also depends on the contition. If he's diagnosed and expected to continue having random seizures there's no way in hell he will be allowed to operate any sort of vehicle.

One of my engineers wife had a seizure at home a few months ago. Went to the Dr. and her License was automatically suspended.......by law. Contingent on Dr. approval. About a month or so after, she was approved to start driving again after a thorough medical exam.

I have a friend who never had seizures until he was about 17 or 18 and he has to take medicine for it. If he forgets to take it, he'll have a seizure same day but he still has his license. I guess he never reported it, and never got into an accident because of it so they can't really do much about it. I certainly don't trust him behind the wheel since he's forgotten to take the medicine on more than a couple occasions
