Yep, poorly run from the get go.. How could they not anticipate the popularity and need to be able to process all that paperwork to send out the checks quickly? Oh those "evil" used car dealers had it coming...

I just saw a commercial for this from a local dealer "Dodge-zilla attacks high prices at Rock Bottom Rocky, where 'if it doesn't say Carter County Dodge, YOU paid too much".

I'm glad it's all over, and I remember the tax talk at the beginning, but when the actual program started, that went out the window.
