why i drive my 14 yr old $200.00 Z28. its listed in my insurance as a part-time recreational vehicle. and im insured even if i wreck at the track.

why buy new? lol buy old, spend less money and go faster. lol

well hmm. being someone that goes to the strip a lot. the only time I've seen anything that would be close to that is my friend who works at a dealership sees like a brand new vette running at the drag strip he will void the warranty if the guy brings it in like the next week. that's the only thing I've seen. but where was that story from?

insurance companies shouldn't be able to cancel your polocy if you are at the drag strip. they just wouldn't pay for any damage obtained there. they'd have to prove that you were there racing it and are filing a claim on your polocy because of it. that story is a little absurd. but just becareful if you owe on the car. then I guess.

Insurance companies have different rules. I wouldn't be suprised if one company cancels the policy for racing at a track and the next one doesn't. It would all have to depend on the INS company.

As far as warranty getting voided, I'll figure that out tomorrow morning.
