My dad bought a Subaru based on CR reviews and it has done well for him, but my dad and I are polar opposites in how we use cars. CR does not do burnouts as part of their review. I knew LS engines were rock solid, the TR6060 was proven reliable in lots of vehicles already, and just look the Gen V. That was all I needed to know I was going to own this car a long time.
