I know you didn't have it as a option but I would get a Hell Cat challenger over that too!

If you want it more than the ZL1, do it. The GT-R is a heck-of-a car.

If the payment is "doable" then you also have to remember that anything from an oil change to a failed transmission (which was a problem on some of the earlier models) is 2-3 times as much. Then again the potential is much higher but so is the cost. At the end of the day, a ZL1 is still a chevy V8, they've been building them for years.

If you can swing it, awesome upgrade. Can't see the pics but i'm sure it looks awesome (I actually like the look of the GTR).

Go for it man. The GTR is on a completely different level of any ZL1.

Would be more impressed if I saw a heavy ZL1 ripping the track than seeing a light weight GTR ripping the track! But it's what you attend to do with it! So it's all own you!

GTR any day all day all the time. Zl1 is not even in the same class.

if you like driving something different as often as I do... i would... there are far more ZL1s for sale than GT-Rs... if you don't like it, you could easily sell it, and pick up another Camaro...
