I thought this was just the old one being put back in theaters. Glad it's not. I'd love to see this in Imax and in 3-d.

One and three were awesome. I'm in. Maybe this time they'll get the proper naming for deinonychus (instead of velociraptor).

They also missed the memo that Raptors aren't the 9 foot tall speeding death machines that they are portrayed as... but that's what happens when you splice 65 million year old DNA with an iguana... or whatever. I'll see it

Exactly. But to be fair velociraptor is a cooler and catchier name than deinonychus. Velociraptor just sounds dangerous.

It's got a hell of a reputation preceding it. The second two were never as good as the original.

I'm Gen Y, so I was a kid when JP first came out, and OMG, the amount of Jurassic Park toys I had was unbelievable.

I'm sure it will be a fun movie, as for its likelihood of becoming an instant classic like the original, I am not 100% sure; if for no other reason than not having the same director.
