^^^This. That is by far the gayest of laws. You're not exceeding the speed limit so no harm done...its as if the light was never red and you just drove through it.

Glad in Va we don't have any law that I know of for fast acceleration from a light. But I know if u do chirp ur tires the cops will bust you for unable to control your vehicle.
