To me the 2015 Mustang GT is like a 06 Goat. Ugly as hell but the performance will override that fact.

The current model looks more like a muscle car and overall looks much better. A more "concept" looking version of the current model would have went over much better.

The 5.0 will have a bump in power and will have no problem staying with or beating the camaro. They have the edge on Chevy by not having to worry about the vette.

Looks like a 2-door Ford Fusion with a Mustang grille. I'm still not too impressed with the new Mustang body design. I'm interested in seeing the performance numbers for this car.

I like the "new" look of the Mustang. But, I have come to notice, the front end isn't really that far off from the current one.

Bingo. I don't get the Fusion comparisons. Looks like a Mustang if I ever saw one. I would never buy a Ford, much less a Mustang but I think the car will remain successful. I like that you can get 6 piston brakes as an option on the GT. The 2 piston rears leave a lot to be desired but let's see how they perform first.

![]() ![]() Someone photoshop a Mustang emblem on the front of the fusion and I'll bet youet $100 upon quick glance it would be mistaken for a Mustang.

I can see the similarity in those pics but the Mustang had that grill first. If anything the Fusion has diluted the styling of the Mustang by copying it. I think if you've never seen the Fusion you would just think of the new Mustang as an evolution of the 2014. Whatever controversy the front causes is solved when you see the 3 barred tail lights. I don't think they'll get away from those anytime soon.

All I see is 350/370 Z
![]() Agreed. Mustang looks like an "Aggressive" Fusion. Heck the Fusion could be a base Mustang and the Mustang could be the GT or performance version..

IMO the front end isn't drastically changed from the 14. the changes are noticeable, but IMO when you look at both the 14 and the 15 head on, you can clearly still see the 15 is still Mustang, or at least I can. Maybe its bc the headlights aren't the grill that everyone says the 14 looks better...but IMO it isnt a huge departure from the outgoing design
