I really don't think Self would leave, cuz he's already seen what happened to Roy when he left. There's more to life than money. Roy now has to live his life out being jeered by his "other" favorite team whom he still loves. I honestly don't blame him for leaving, because he had family issues and such, but I don't think Self will make the same mistake...at least i hope not

He's staying, so there's no reason to fear here. He officially announced that he's staying with the contract not even negotiated yet. He doesn't want to abandon a winning school with a good sports atmosphere for a mediocre program. Big money doesn't always bring good talent, and Self knows that. He's going to stick around for a long time, I'm sure. We really love him here.

Yah... but Roy did happen to win a championship at NC as soon as he went there, so I think those Chapel Hill fans comfort him quite well. Besides, Kansas fans need to get over it already.

PS congrats to Self for signing with Kansas today.
