No its specific to the website and built into the CSS file.

If you are using Firefox you can do this.

1 Type "about:config" in the address bar.
2 Click "I'll be careful. I promise
3 Now scoll down until you find "browser. chrome.tool tips"
4 If it reading true you will need to change it to false.
5 To change it right click browser chrome tool tips. A popup should come with different options. Click toggle and and change it to false.
This should solve the problem.

I don't know of any way to get rid of it via site options. But if you don't hold your mouse over a thread title, it never comes up.

Do you mean internet explorer. If yes I believe there is a way to stop it in IE. I will find out if it can be done.

I notice if you hold F9, it goes away. I would like to find a way to permanently disable it.
