****, i read this for the first time lmao ...no idea it's been posted before, and rest be assured much information i pass on is from legit reps and family in the industry as my family has been involved for generations, i have a close couzin on a board and a stepbrother who works in another company... pontiac is not my thing...and on top of that i never said PONTIAC IS MAKING THIS CAR I KNOW FOR 1000000%... i put out these articles in hopes of some clarity from the sober mob... this blog is overly saturated its bound to happen where someone posts the same thing ...
cool dont believe me... im not here to make you a believer...just pass the time

Honestly, I'd rather see a Trans Am than a GTO. All they'd have to do is rebadge the Camaro. It seems more economically correct than designing a body that isn't as widely loved as the Camaro. Then again, having Pontiac and Chevrolet sharing exactly the same Zeta would mean they would likely split the sales. Neither would therefore meet sales goals. Besides, the GTO concept pictures don't look that good to me. Unfortunately, I just don't believe it will make a comeback unless they kill the G8, which they won't do.

Personally, I'd love to see both...but know that would never happen.

Now, I'd love to see a GTO...like, completely redesigned GTO. Something more like the old style....retro.

But, more than that, I'd LOVE to see a Chevelle. THAT would put a smile in this face!

i love to see a chevelle, if that was coming i would wait and not get the camaro, and if it was designed off of the 64-66 that would be even better.

those drawings suck in my opinion. Not a big GTO but it's cool having a 500 HP fat neon

Camaro is much sexier than either.

I thought I'd love to see another fire bird... but i think the 4th gen's body style can't be topped. Would love to be proven wrong though.

To me there is no finer Chevelle that a '69 convertible. I remember growing up my mother's brother and sister had twin '69 hard tops and they would flat out fly. I've always thought in the back of my mind if I were to ever buy an old musclecar, it'd either be a '68 Camaro, '69 Chevelle or a '68 Charger.

no, don't get me wrong i like the way most of the chevelles look, i'm just a really big fan of the boxy looking ones. also like the older style novas. just something cool about a square car that can pull up to the line and smoke the guy next to you. in a way i think of them as sleepers, because only people who know cars know what they are. the later models look like muscle cars, the older ones don't. plus the fact that in Az. anything 65 and under no emissions. so that may be another reason i like them. when i think about buying one i look at those years.

ya those '69 chevelles were beautiful cars and the chargers looked pretty nice with the HEMI or the 440 six pack could go pretty good but if my dreams ever do come true ( come on theres gotta b sumone out there that likes me enouth) id be split between the 1969 COPO 427 ZL-1 camaro hugger orange of course or the 1970 chevelle SS with the LS-6 454 and im also a buick fan and have a soft spot for the 1970 Buick GSX 455 stage gobbes of torque on demand . yep if i had a choice...it would be a most difficult one :seesaw: love muscle cars never got into hypes with new cars at all...well except for domestics of course gotta love the muscle

I'm just considering that Pontiac isn't showing signs that they'll get both.

I couldn't agree more about the Chevelle. I wouldn't mind bringing back the Caprice either. I always liked that platform.
