Why is everyone taking guns? The guy jumped out with nothing but his fists. If the the guy with the camera wasn't a wus and jumped out the first time and knocked him out, case closed.

I had this happen to me once. I was pulling out of a Taco Bell onto the road. I looked to my left and had no cars coming. So I pulled out. Then all of sudden a vehicle went between me and partially on the median!! For next couple of blocks he was yelling and screaming at me. Unfortunely I hit a red light. At the light he gets out of his car. I then rolled up my windows. He proceeds to yell and scream while standing in front of my car on the passenger side!! I pointed to my phone during this time. But he was still on his rant. So I revved my engine. At that time he girlfriend yelled at him to get back in the car. The light had been green for some time. But he was infront of my car so I couldn't go forward!! Finally he took off!!

A vehicle is a deadly weapon first off and second you really going to risk getting hurt for some unbalanced jack ass. Hell yes guns. The second he rammed the car with his it becomes a deadly force situation.

Interesting that the guy being interviewed apparently later admitted he had "stopped short"...so maybe he brake checked the guy earlier or something. People don't get that upset for no reason. People absolutely do get that pissed for no reason. Three days ago I'm sitting watching and intersection two cars come south one has turn signal on turning west the other following starts honking like crazy and shaking her fists. Car one turns, the other stays on the horn for several hundred feet. So I pull over car 2 and ask what she is so angry about. She could not come up with a reason. Had two other people in the car and had no where to be. She was having bad day and taking it out on the other person who did NOTHING.

Not says this guy above did nothing merely refuting that someone has to do something to piss off someone else. There are allot of crazy people out there.

Oh and as the old saying goes, there is no such thing as a fair fight and if you think there is you'll probably be on the losing end of that fight. You have no idea what else that guy has on him or what the female in the truck will do when she sees you beating him up.

And plus, who's to say the dude that's all pissed off isn't hopped up on something? Some people, in a drug induced rage, won't feel any pain and won't back down even if you're punching him with the kind of force that would make a normal person back down.

I could tell some stories about that for sure, seen a 120lbs woman get the better of 4-5 officers for a good bit.
