i saw a guy buy $80 worth of tickets, and he didn't look like he had the money to spare. always amazing to me people will run out and buy tickets when the jackpot is super high when they don't normally play, like the bottom amount $ 40 Million isn't enough.

I own a liquor store here and Maryland. I have 5 lottery terminals. We couldn't keep up with the demand. People were buying hundreds worth...
