IMHO, if someone wants to make their car look like crap while driving on 10% of their tire tread then whatever. Just don't complain to me about how crappy it rides going down the road, having traction/handling issues, or about why a tire shop won't warranty your tires after they blow or wear funny because they are mounted like that!

Call me borring... but doesn't this tilt wear the tire like crazy?? Seems like that's a lot of money to spend to look "cool". Also the safety???

Exactly! It will wear you tires out quicker than normally mounted tires. Not to mention the decreased tire contact with the road and the adverse effect on handling.
