I have an "acquaintance" who sounds like your friend. Trust me you'll never hear the end of it if you lose!

The key to winning a pissing match is to squeeze it off until pressure builds. Then release and off it goes. You win!!
Good luck to you.

Hey not trying to steal your thunder but what will winning the race ultimately prove, that your car is faster/you're a better driver etc?

It's just what dudes do I guess, but maybe I'm not that competitive. I never do the Weenie measuring game on the golf course like everyone else does. My pride is never wounded either

I'm talking a closed track, not stoplight to stop light. I know they are quite nimble cars, just not sure the buddy has the ability to do it. I KNOW I need some modifications to make it a race.

What would it prove? Nothing... but if I can get some free mods from it... why would I need to prove anything? lmao

that being said.... can't really get anything handed to you without SOME risk... so in others opinions, is it viable?

To me a rich "snob" is just a person that due to their wealth feels undefeated, that's all. Some are more fortunate and can afford to drive 6 figure priced cars and that is ok with me that I am not one of them. Let this guy talk shit, (or smak) if it makes him feel warm and fuzzy inside. Money doesn't buy driving skills last time I checked.
